4. How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
